ASIS International, with more than 32,000 members, is the largest international organization for professionals responsible for or interacting with security. ASIS International is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security practices by developing educational programs and materials that address broad security concerns.
The Flint, Michigan Chapter was founded in 1982 and serves security professionals in Genesee, Lapeer and northern Oakland counties. The chapter has a proud and honored tradition in the society as exampled in 1983 and 1993 by winning the I.B. Hale Chapter of the Year award and the 1997 and 2000 I.B. Hale Honorable Mention Award.
The Flint Chapter is extremely active in the community and proudly leads the local security industry by setting the example in professionalism and education.
