The ASIS Foundation provides funding and manages endowments for the chapters and regions, drives continuing education, supports research, facilitates curriculum/degree programs and designs as well as publishes professional and academic materials. The ASIS Foundation serves as a vital link between academic and professional development by disseminating reports, participating in the development of academic programs, sponsoring special security industry reports and research as well as acknowledging security related advancements and achievements.
The Foundation is a contributor to the Flint Chapter Student Scholarship Award. The Flint Chapter receives up to $1000.00 from the Foundation in matching funds toward the award.
